Performing and recording artist Sergio Graziosi started in the percussion world studying drum set with Luis de la Torre when he was 13. Later Sergio moves to Italy for several years to continue playing percussion. Upon his return to Argentina Sergio continues playing percussion and recording for notable local bands and in 1998 he travels to Cuba to study with Ricardo García and Raúl Seguí. In 2001 Sergio started his own drum stick Brand called CHECO.
Sergio has participated in important percussion festivals like Percu-Ba, Percucrea, and Mendoza International Drum Fest. In 2008 Sergio creates Kalimax, a percussion ensemble dedicated to the performance of fusion styles between African and Argentinian roots. Currently, Sergio is the owner of Percusion Checo drum shop.
