MEINL bongo cajon comparison
22Jun 2011
take a look at the video link from larry salzman.
it shows him playing with our bongo cajons. he switches between the regular bongo cajon with strings (BCA2NT/EBK-M) and the new professional version (PBCA1NT/EBK-M).
it's kinda cool to see / hear the difference between those two instruments.
did you try both versions by yourself? if so, which version do you prefer?

Cool video, sounds great. I have both these bongo-cajons, but I cannot say that I prefer one of them. As you can hear in this video the sounds are so different. It's very cool to combine them. I see the new professional bongo-canon as a replacement for the 'normal' bongo-cajon, not for the one with the strings.

That is cool. I love the way all the different cajon style drums sound, and there is just something fun about them. I guess they could probably work on the ergonomics a little bit though, both of those drums look a little clunky.
