Home Loop Recording - Doumbek - Saidi

This is a video of me recording a basic Saidi pattern on the doumbek for my good friend Tom Atha at Earthwork Studios in Newark, OH. Basically, I record a loop on my laptop, trim it down, then export it to an .aiff file, then email it to the engineer. From there it's imported into Logic or ProTools to be used in the song.
