How do I cancel my account?
(Please make sure you have removed your videos before closing your account)
To close your account:
1. Log in with your user name and password.
2. Click the "My Account" on the right-hand side.
3. Click the "Edit profile" button.
4. Below the page go to “Click here to delete your membership”
How do I re-open an account I previously closed?
You can't re-open an account directly. To request that your account be re-opened, please email us at: info@meinlpercussion.com.
How do know if your account has been suspended?
Your account will be suspended due to repeated or severe violation of our Terms of Use (http://meinlpercussion.com/community/help_center/terms_of_use.html). Users with suspended or terminated accounts are not allowed to create new accounts or access MEINL percussion’s community features.
I forgot my user name or password. How do I log back onto the site?
1. Click the “Forgot your password?” link.
2. Enter your email address that you used for your profile. Then you’ll receive an email with your password.
How do I change my password?
1. Log in with your user name and current password.
2. Click the "My Account" link on the right-hand side.
3. Under “Edit profile”, enter your new password in the "Password" and the "Repeat" sections.
4. Click the "Update Profile Now!" button twice. Then your password will be changed.
Can I change my MEINL percussion username?
Currently, you can’t. You may, however, sign up for a new account with the username that you want.
How do I change the email address tied to my MEINL percussion user name?
1. Log in with your user name and password.
2. Click the "My Account" link on the right-hand side.
3. Then, under “Edit profile”, enter your new email address in the "email" section.
4. Last step, click the "Update Profile Now" button twice and that should take care of it.
I tried to recover my user name, but the email I received was blank. What does this mean?
If you receive an email without a user name, it's because you don’t have a current account with us. Also, it's possible that your account registration wasn’t completed properly or that you signed up with a different email address.
If you think you signed up with an alternate email address, then you may want to enter that email address into our "Forgot your username?" form (http://meinlpercussion.com/no_cache/community/help_center/help_center/account_information.html?tx_newloginbox_pi1%5Bforgot%5D=1). If that doesn't work, try signing up again (http://meinlpercussion.com/no_cache/community/userarea/sign_up.html).
