general questions
What is MEINL percussion community?
MEINL percussion community is an online video streaming service that allows anyone to view and share percussion videos that have been uploaded by our members.
How do videos get featured?
MEINL percussion's members rate the videos. We review who has the highest-rated video. Then, we consider it for the "Top Rated" section of the home page and the featured videos on the "Categories" page. Last step, our programming team takes suggestions from members at info@meinlpercussion.com and reviews the site for the videos that are in the running.
How do I join?
To become a member of MEINL percussion, go to the "Signup" page (http://meinlpercussion.com/no_cache/community/userarea/sign_up.html), choose a username and password, and enter your information. Then click on "Create account" follow the steps and you’re done.
How do I confirm my email address?
Confirming your email address is required to view and share videos on MEINL percussion.
New members can follow the steps below to confirm your email:
1. Once you’ve created your username in our Sign Up page (http://meinlpercussion.com/no_cache/community/userarea/sign_up.html), we’ll send a confirmation email with the address you entered.
2. Click on “Confirm your email address” in your email. You can also copy and paste the link onto your browser.
3. You’re finished! You’ll be directed to a confirmation page, and you can begin exploring the site!
If you don't receive the confirmation email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder to make sure it wasn't misfiled.
If you’re told the username you chose is taken, how do I find a user name that works?
MEINL percussion community has many usernames. You may need to change your username. Try adding other characters before or after the usernames you wish to use. Many people add their birth year or other information. For example: Maria72, MariaNY. You can also bracket the name with other characters like this: xxUSERxx.
No spaces or special characters like dashes or underscores are allowed.
User names are not case-sensitive, so 123ABC will be recognized as the same as 123abc. Therefore, if someone else has the username you want but capitalizes different letters than yours, you can't create that user name.
I keep being asked to log in, even though I entered my username and password correctly. What should I do?
