the GALAXY is a new invetion by bill saragosa. it has two resonant liquid chambers that are connected by a long steel spiral. the GALAXY is held in one had, while the other hand holds a beater, and it may be played something like a classical triangle. by slightly altering the position of the GALAXY, liguid inside the two chambers exerts variable dampening on the thin steel resonator plates. this is a very funky toy...
