Otto Santana Selis Biography

Graduated from the Higher Institute of Art in Havana, Cuba. Otto have recorded more than 40 discs among them ¨Visualízate¨de Gente de Zona (Grammy Latino 2016), ¨Orquesta Akokan¨ Orchestra Akokan  (nominated for American Grammys 2018), ¨Area 52¨ by Rodrigo and Gabriela , etc… In Cuba he worked with artists like Isaac Delgado, Alexander Abreu and Habana de Primera, Alain Perez, Descemer Bueno, Cesar Lopez and Habana Ensemble, Amadito Valdez, Jorge Luis Pacheco, etc, with whom he performed at prestigious venues in more than 30 countries (Japan, Germany, Spain, France, China, Canada, Sur Korea, Chile, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, etc..)  like Lincoln Center in New York, Kennedy Center in Washington, Auditorium in Mexico, etc, He currently resides in Miami, is an independent artist and has his own band Otto Santana´s Trio.
