Biography
Stian Sopp (b. 10 April 1993) is a percussionist from Norway. He holds a BA and MA degree in classical percussion performance and music education from The Royal Academy of Music in Denmark, and Toho Gakuen School of Music in Tokyo, Japan, where he studied with professor Keiko Abe.
He has appeared on various CD-recordings, performed as a soloist with The Norwegian Radio Orchestra and The Prince of Denmark's Brass Band among others, participated in music competitions and projects on television and radio in Scandinavia, as well as appeared on Japanese TV-commercials as a drummer/percussionist on several occasions for prominent brands.
