Biography
Stephan Emig, drummer, percussionist, educator
His touring and/or recording credits include Hamid Baroudi, triosence, Klaus Lage, Jazzkantine, Marquess, Stefanie Heinzmann, PUR, The Voice of Germany in Concert, Gregor Meyle, Fresh Music Live, and Off-The-Record.
He is part of Luke Mockridge's TV band "Sprengstoff" with whom he accompanied Natasha Bedingfield, Rea Garvey, David Hasselhoff, Ava Max, Fettes Brot, Nico Santos, and many more.
He studied at Los Angeles Music Academy and has become a highly demanded teacher himself. His teaching credits include IFM University of Osnabrück, Popakademie Mannheim, Music College Hannover, Los Angeles College of Music, ArtEZ Enschede, Creativ Drum Camps, and many more. He is also co-founder of the Complete Music Camps in Germany.
He released his first book "5 Wege zu mehr Musikalität" in 2019 and the English version "5 habits of a musical drummer" in 2020.
